Cable Jointing and Termination Systems

We provide Cable Jointing and Termination Systems that can be used for continuous current carrying conductors. We also provide Heat Shrinkable, Cast Resin & Tapes Joints for PVC / XLPE / PILC cables up to 36KV, & push on type Terminations for PVC / XLPE / PILC Cables up to 36 KV and also Elbow / Shielded connectors 24 KV for terminating high voltage underground cable to switchgear.

We manufacture and provide our customers with wide range of Heat Shrinkable Low Voltage Breakout. These voltage breakouts are made from radiation cross-linked polyolefin. Their properties of electrically insulating UV resistant and weather proofing make them widely used in electric power industry to provide insulation, binding force and sealing over the crutch of multi core cables at branching point.

These anti tracking Heat Shrinkable Medium Voltage Breakouts are designed for medium voltage applications up to 36 KV, with a Tensile Strength of 8N/mm2. These breakouts are so shaped to meet a variety of configuration requirements.

At Rigil Techno India Pvt. Ltd , we provide Heat Shrinkable Cable End Caps that are made of cross linked polyolefin with adhesive lining and are extensively used for strong and permanent environment seal, providing excellent resistance to weather, moisture contamination and adverse environmental conditions, special adhesive lining also provides seal on irregular cable sheaths.

Coated with hot melt adhesive to ensure environment seal these are easy to fit over the cable end and successfully protects power and telecommunication cables.
